Lerners Celebrates International Women’s Day 2026 and Reaffirms Its Commitment to Gender Equity

On International Women’s Day 2026, Lerners LLP is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of women and to reaffirm its longstanding dedication to promoting gender equity within the firm, the legal profession, and the broader community. In line with this year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, Lerners is sharing a video that highlights the actions, partnerships, and leadership milestones that continue to influence its approach to inclusion, from achieving lawyer gender parity over a decade ago to supporting women in leadership, and investing in mentorship, sponsorship, and community initiatives that foster meaningful opportunities.

That commitment is reflected across the firm’s leadership and initiatives, including the measurable impact of its gender equity efforts on overall lawyer representation. Women now represent a significant portion of lawyers at all levels, and many lead practice groups and business services teams. Signature programs hosted by the firm, such as the Extraordinary Women’s Event in Toronto and the Women’s Symposium in London, further support connection and advancement. “Gender equity strengthens our ability to serve clients and attract exceptional talent,” says Tammy Ring, Managing Partner, Toronto.
