Representative Work
Stuart has successfully represented physicians in litigation matters before the Superior Court of Justice, including trial, and the Court of Appeal. He has also assisted physicians in College proceedings and related matters before the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, as well as before the Consent and Capacity Board, in addition to regularly providing advice on a wide variety of medical-legal issues
