Our Commitment to Sustainability and the Environment
At Lerners, we are committed to leading the way in environmental stewardship and sustainability, both within our firm and the communities where we live and work. Our dedicated Environment and Sustainability Committee (ESC) plays a key role in investigating, planning and executing initiatives that drive meaningful, sustainable long-term environmental change.
Leading Change
With a holistic approach that spans leadership, operations, internal programs, and community engagement, the ESC focuses on making impactful strides in emissions reduction, waste management, water conservation and sustainable practices. Through these efforts, Lerners aims to set the standard for environmental responsibility in the legal industry and beyond.
Our Environment and Sustainability Committee is comprised of the following lawyers and staff members:
Clark Armstrong, Jacob Damstra (Chairperson), Brienna French, David Isaac, David John, Megan Linaric, Whitney Mawson, Jordan McKie, Sean Middelkamp, Carey Rutherford, Emily Woods, and Greg Woodward.
Initiatives
Since its formation in 2022, the ESC has organized various initiatives and events to reduce our environment impact and educate and empower members of our community to participate in making sustainable environmental change.
