Acted as co-counsel to an employer in successfully defending against a union application before the Canadian Industrial Relations Board seeking recognition of the universal scope of its bargaining certificate – Public Service Alliance of Canada and the Calgary Airport Authority 2024 CIRB 1134.
Served as second chair counsel representing employers in employment disputes arising from terminations related to COVID-19 immunization policies.
Acted as co-counsel to employers in matters involving wrongful dismissal claims, breaches of restrictive covenants, and human rights complaints.
Successfully represented physiotherapists, massage therapists, and optometrists in regulatory disciplinary proceedings before their respective professional colleges.

She is also experienced in general civil litigation including class actions, breach of contract disputes, administrative and public law matters, and complex personal injury litigation.
