Samantha is an associate in our London office, practising in the Health Law, Education Law, and Dispute Resolution & Advocacy groups. A strong and passionate advocate, Samantha has represented clients at the Ontario Superior Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario levels.
Prior to joining Lerners, Samantha maintained a broad commercial litigation and professional negligence defence practice. Through her work in professional negligence defence, she gained valuable experience collaborating with adjusters and insured professionals to assess, repair, and defend proceedings.
Today, Samantha enjoys hiking, downhill skiing, volleyball, squash, and pickleball. Samantha also loves to travel, having visited more than 30 countries.
