Nada Nicola-Howorth

Nada has extensive experience before regulatory and administrative bodies.  Since her call to the Bar, she has represented clients in Discipline, Fitness to Practise and Conduct matters at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Law Society Tribunal.  Nada has appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Consent and Capacity Board and has represented parties with standing at multiple inquests.
