Dara M. Lambe

Dara has specific expertise in representing regulated health professionals with matters involving their licensing bodies, the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She also routinely defends regulated health professionals in medical negligence actions.

Dara has extensive experience representing physicians in matters involving the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, including public complaint processes, investigations under the Health Professions and Procedural Code, billings investigations, Quality Assurance reviews, fitness to practise investigations and hearings before the Discipline Committee in relation to allegations of professional misconduct and/or incompetence.
