The Ontario Court of Appeal recently cited an analysis of the 2014 Supreme Court of Canada ruling in Sattva Capital Corp. v. Creston Moly Corp., by Toronto lawyer and arbitrator Earl Cherniak, in a decision that considered the appropriate standard of review with regard to a contract.
