Natalie is a London-based partner at Lerners. Her expertise encompasses health, education, employment, and privacy law, as well as workplace investigations and commercial litigation.

Natalie’s health law practice focuses on assisting regulated health professionals with a wide variety of legal matters, including civil trials, regulatory and licensing issues before regulatory colleges and Ontario tribunals.

Assisting clients in the education sector, Natalie provides counsel in matters involving labour and employment, civil litigation, policy drafting, application and interpretation of existing policies

and legislation, allegations of misconduct, and internal investigations.

Integrated into each of her practice areas, Natalie assists clients with privacy matters, inclusive of interpreting and applying the relevant legislation, preparing privacy policies, developing training programs, and managing and responding to privacy breaches.

Natalie’s extensive advocacy experience includes appearing before the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, as well as various Ontario tribunals, including the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Health Services Appeal and Review Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of

Ontario, the Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.

As a certified workplace investigator, Natalie conducts investigations on a variety of issues, including workplace misconduct and allegations of discrimination or harassment. This experience helps her approach legal issues in a holistic manner, enhancing the value of her advice to clients.
