Matthew K. Dale

Matt Dale is a partner in London’s Personal Injury and Health Law groups and has experience assisting physicians involved in litigation as well as with the CPSO complaints process. He has participated in trials in the Superior Court of Justice where he has successfully defended physicians against allegations of malpractice.

Matt has also represented physicians successfully before the Health Profession Appeal and Review Board.

Matt’s personal injury practice ensures that injured people and their families get the compensation they're entitled to following motor vehicle, and slip and fall accidents. Along the way, he explains complex legal issues in language his clients understand so that they can make the most informed decisions possible about their cases.

Matt is a sports-minded and competitive individual who has played hockey at the junior level and lacrosse at the university level. He has coached youth soccer and minor lacrosse in the past.

He enjoys travelling and has spent considerable time exploring Australia and Europe. Matt’s preferred pastime is enjoying the company of his family.
