Professional Integrity is an Utmost Priority

Matt Dale is a partner in London’s Personal Injury and Health Law groups, with a practice focused on helping injured people and their families secure the compensation they deserve. He is known for guiding clients through complex litigation with clarity, compassion, and a relentless commitment to achieving results.

Matt understands that his clients often come to him at one of the most difficult times in their lives. He takes pride in explaining legal issues in plain language and ensuring clients are fully informed every step of the way, so they can make confident decisions about their cases. His approach allows clients to focus on their recovery while he takes care of the legal process.

“People come to me at the worst time of their life,” Matt says. “I love nothing more than being able to tell them, ‘You worry about getting better and I’ll take care of the rest.’ You can expect me to work as hard as you do. I’m available, responsive, and I’ll keep you in the loop throughout your case.”

In addition to his personal injury work, Matt has extensive experience representing physicians in litigation and professional discipline matters. He has successfully defended physicians at trial in the Superior Court of Justice and before the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, giving him a deep understanding of high-stakes litigation and strategic advocacy.

Outside the office, Matt is a competitive and sports-minded individual who has played junior hockey and university-level lacrosse, and has coached youth soccer and minor lacrosse. He enjoys travelling and has spent considerable time exploring Australia and Europe. Above all, Matt values time spent with his family.
