Harleen Muker is an associate in the Toronto office of Lerners LLP. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He works with businesses and individuals on a range of disputes, bringing a practical approach to complex litigation.

While articling at Lerners, Harleen worked across a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on creditor side insolvency, corporate, and commercial disputes.

Known for his thorough preparation, attention to detail, and client centred approach, Harleen is committed to building strong relationships and delivering clear, collaborative, and reliable advice. With a background in business administration and economics, he brings a strong commercial perspective to each matter and is attentive to the operational realities clients face when disputes arise.

Harleen’s background includes clinical work assisting low income clients, where he gained early experience in managing legal proceedings and developed a strong appreciation for advocacy. He worked hard to deliver exceptional service to his clients. His efforts earned him the Brad Hodgson Award, recognizing the clinic member demonstrating the greatest potential for success as a litigator.
