Alexandra Willert is an Associate in the firm's London office practicing with the Health Law and Specialty Risk and Insurance Groups. Her background in healthcare extends beyond her legal practice. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Trials Management from the University of Western Ontario. Alexandra later attended the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, where she obtained both Canadian and American Juris Doctors in 2025.

She previously worked in Legal Affairs and Labour Relations at Windsor Regional Hospital, where she gained insight into the legal and operational considerations facing healthcare institutions. Alexandra articled at a full-service firm in Windsor, where she obtained experience in a broad range of practice areas and had a particular interest in litigation.

Alexandra is committed to providing thoughtful, practical, and responsive legal advice tailored to the needs of each client. She approaches her work with curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to understand the broader circumstances underlying a legal issue. Her previous experience working with clients facing complex or stressful circumstances has reinforced her belief that effective advocacy begins with listening and clear communication.

Alexandra is proud to return to London, where she grew up, and looks forward to building a long-term practice with Lerners serving clients in Southwestern Ontario.
