Anamaria has primarily practised in family law since her call to the Ontario bar in 2014. She has significant experience litigating family law matters, and is a strong advocate on behalf of her clients. She takes the time to carefully craft successful litigation strategies, and she instills confidence in her clients while guiding them throughout the court process.
Where possible, Anamaria assists her clients with reaching favourable out-of-court settlements. She frequently engages her strong negotiation skills in resolving her clients’ disputes, and she readily promotes and uses ADR techniques to assist her clients where appropriate.
