With a wide variety of experience in various areas of civil litigation, including negligence, breach of contract, employment issues, and data and information privacy matters, and administrative law, including appearing in front of a number of administrative tribunals, John leverages his varied experiences to develop creative strategies that promote his clients’ interests. In addition to helping clients navigate civil and administrative disputes, John has a particular interest in working with educational institutions to collaboratively work with his clients to create, develop, and implement strategies and best practices that minimize the risk of future legal disputes.
