Daniele has experience with a wide range of family law issues, including asset and property division, child and spousal support, parenting-time and decision-making responsibility, parental alienation, grandparents’ rights, mobility cases, domestic contracts, and inter-jurisdictional family disputes. She has zealously represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. She has also been successful in representing clients within the alternative dispute resolution setting through mediation and arbitration.
What values and philosophy shape Daniele’s approach to her legal work? “It would be honesty, transparency, professionalism and regular contact with a client. My files will not be collecting dust on a shelf. I want my clients to feel comfortable and not intimidated by the law or because they are speaking with a lawyer.” Having studied psychology, Daniele brings aspects of that to her family law practice. “I can appreciate how the family functions in situations of conflict. At the end of the day, it is helping people resolve these issues.”
