Commitment and Tenacity

Chelsea McKee practises in our Toronto office as a member of the Dispute Resolution and Business Law groups. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency, as well as commercial litigation. She advises and represents clients in matters involving allegations of professional misconduct in the financial services industry and shareholder disputes.

Prior to studying law, Chelsea enjoyed a successful career in sales and marketing. “With business knowledge and an

understanding of financial statements, I bring a unique set of skills to my work as a lawyer,” explains Chelsea. “I am a confident negotiator with a ‘get it done’ attitude. I have deep insight into my clients’ issues; not just through empathy, but through practical experience.”

Growing up in Saskatchewan as part of a family business and holding a science degree in agriculture, Chelsea understands the values of integrity and pride held by small business owners.

She credits this experience with deepening her understanding of and commitment to advancing the interests of her clients, be they small business owners or corporations.

A huge sports fan, Chelsea enjoys watching and cheering for the Toronto Blue Jays in her spare time.
