Anne M. Reinhart

Anne Reinhart is a partner in the London office of Lerners and a member of the Business Law Group practicing in Wills and Estates law, planning and administration. Known for her expertise in advising clients with complicated estates and her experience addressing issues of capacity, Anne receives many referrals from other lawyers and financial planners.

As a testament to her expertise and years of experience, others seeking her advice include the children and grandchildren of clients she has previously assisted. “I listen carefully to my clients but offer directions where appropriate,” explains Anne. “To come up with the right plan, we need to consider many moving pieces and sift through a lot of information and misinformation, sometimes involving other family members and other generations.”

In helping clients ensure that their estate plans protect their assets, including any business interests, Anne clearly documents their succession plans. Beyond ensuring the clients’ wishes are accurately recorded, Anne helps clients understand the process, giving them confidence that assets will be managed for their benefit as needed while alive, and distributed to beneficiaries as planned on their passing. As a former chair of the McCormick Care Foundation, Anne served for many years in support of an Alzheimer's support services group and a long-term care facility. She is a former adjunct professor for wills at the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario.
