Stephen regularly represents physicians in matters before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. He also defends physicians, police officers, and lawyers against allegations of professional negligence. Stephen has appeared on numerous occasions before the Law Society Tribunal, Landlord and Tenant Board and the Ontario Municipal Board.
