Representative Work
During her years at Lerners, Carolyn’s practice has focused on a combination of litigation and administrative/regulatory matters including privacy law. Carolyn has acted for individuals, businesses, public agencies and educational institutions on privacy policy, information requests, and complaints. Carolyn regularly assists clients with privacy commissioner, tribunal and court matters involving privacy issues. She has brought appeals and judicial review applications before single judges, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She has spoken at events both for Ontario lawyers and lawyers across North America. Carolyn has been selected by her peers to be included in Lexpert since 2018 and she has been listed in Best Lawyers in Canada since 2014.
