Sean is an associate in our business law group. His practice focuses on commercial contracts, incorporation and business organization, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, not-for-profit and charitable organizations law, professional corporations law, and the purchase and sale of businesses.

He focuses on understanding his clients’ goals, and crafting tailored solutions that blend his business acumen with his legal expertise. Sean takes a thoughtful and empathetic approach with his clients, aiming to build trust by stepping into their shoes. He’s committed to advocating for their interests and simplifying the transaction process, working towards an outcome that suits each client’s unique set of needs.
