Verdun guilty of contempt of court, again

Bob Verdun was convicted of contempt of court for a second time this week, and Justice Robert Goldstein was blunt in his judgment. He found the former shareholder activist "wilfully and intentionally" failed to comply with a court order and "cavalierly" decided to continue on with a trip overseas instead.
