Proud be a partner of Parkdale Community Legal Services

In March 2016, Lerners LLP partnered with Parkdale Community Legal Services (PCLS) to provide pro-bono legal services to Parkdale community members who have been denied Ontario Disability Support Program benefits. Lerners has so far successfully appealed several of these denials before the Social Benefits Tribunal.

PCLS is part of a network of community legal clinics providing poverty law services and community development work to address the systemic issues in poverty. PCLS also acts as a teaching clinic for Osgoode Hall Law School.
