Lerners LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of 14 new associates in our London, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Toronto offices. Orion Boverhof

Orion is an Associate in our London Dispute Resolution and Advocacy Group. With a practice primarily focused in construction law and contractual disputes, Orion is dedicated to thoroughly understanding each client's individual needs and works diligently to provide legal solutions that are both practical and cost-effective.

Minki Jeong

Minki was previously an Articling Student at Lerners and has returned as an Associate in our London office. He maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial dispute resolution, health law, and specialty risk and insurance. As a litigation lawyer, he is committed to being an effective and compassionate advocate who understands his clients’ needs.

Samantha Lawr

Samantha is an Associate in our Toronto Family Law group. She is passionate about advocating for her clients through the complexities and emotions that arise within the family law system.

Brienna French

Formerly an Articling Student with Lerners, Brienna has returned as an Associate in our London and Kitchener-Waterloo offices, and has a practice focused on education law, personal injury, dispute resolution and advocacy, and health law. Brienna values transparent communication, access to justice, and social justice. She understands the legal system is complex and strives to help clients understand their rights.

Sanan (Sunny) Mirza

An Associate in our London office, Sunny practices in the areas of estate planning, administration, and litigation, focusing primarily on will challenges, guardianship applications, and the preparation of wills and powers of attorney. Sunny was previously an Articling Student with Lerners.

Niloufar Sadroddini

Niloufar is a Litigation Associate in our Toronto and London offices. She focuses on employment, health, education, and dispute resolution. She represents and provides advice to clients on professional regulation, labour and employment law, privacy issues, medical negligence, human rights law, and workplace investigations. Niloufar graduated from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University and holds a Master’s in Sociology.

Kevin Wilbee

Kevin is an Associate in our London office, practicing in the areas of estate administration, wills, trusts and powers of attorney. A passionate advocate of community issues, Kevin previously served as an elected councillor in the Municipality of Huron East.

Greg Woodward

As an Associate in the London dispute resolution and advocacy, and land development and municipal law groups, Greg is focused on understanding his clients' goals. He is dedicated to advocating for his clients' interests, working towards outcomes that suit each of their individual needs. Greg was formerly an articling student with Lerners.

Blaire Smockum

A previous articling student with Lerners, Blaire has returned as an Associate whose practice includes health law and specialty risk and insurance. A dedicated advocate, Blaire strives to offer an empathetic and thoughtful approach to resolving her clients’ legal needs.

Chelsea McKee

After building a successful career in the consumer-packaged goods industry, Chelsea ventured into the practice of law. She previously articled with Lerners, and is now an Associate in our Toronto office, practicing dispute resolution and advocacy and restructuring and insolvency.

Madeleine Cleland

Formerly an Articling Student with Lerners, Madeleine returned to our Toronto office as an Associate in the Sexual Abuse and Plaintiff Personal Injury groups. As a fierce advocate for her clients, Madeleine is motivated to help survivors and victims navigate the legal system while getting them the justice they deserve.

Daniele Sing

Daniele is an Associate in our London Family Law group. She is a passionate, empathetic, strategic, and solution-orientated advocate who strives to always provide exceptional representation. Daniele has experience successfully representing clients within the alternative dispute resolution setting, and has zealously represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

Megan Linaric

As an Associate in our London health law and dispute resolution & advocacy groups, Megan is committed to providing empathetic and equitable advocacy while finding creative solutions to meet her clients’ needs. She previously articled for a criminal justice charity, where she explored her passions for accessible justice, human rights, and community service.

Emily Woods

Emily is an Associate in our London health law and personal injury groups. She began her career as a Registered Nurse before completing her LL.B in 2021. Her prior experience in the healthcare system made for a natural transition to law, where she now concentrates on medical malpractice and personal injuries. Emily's clients can expect compassionate, personalized attention and a commitment to transparent communication.
