Congratulations to the winner of this year’s Lerners LLP Cup moot at Western Law. Abby McGivney was awarded the top advocacy prize by the judging panel of Justice Jeanine LeRoy, Associate Dean Andrew Botterell, and our very own Robert Ledgley. Rebekah Ferriss & Hugh Fisher were awarded Best Appellant Factum, with the prize for Best Respondent Factum going to the team of Zachary Sippel & Matthew Patterson. Last but not least, the award for top scoring team in the preliminary rounds went to Courtney Sinclair & Lauren MacLeod. Congratulations to all the winners! Special thanks to Associate lawyer Elizabeth Funduk and the Western Law Advocacy Committee for organizing a well-run competition.
