Emily Y. Fan on her appointment to the Commercial List Users Committee (CLUC)

Congratulations to Emily Y. Fan who was recently appointed to serve a 3-year term as a member of the Commercial List Users’ Committee (CLUC) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The CLUC meets regularly to develop with improvements to the organization and operation of the Commercial List and forwards these recommendations to the Regional Senior Justice and the Chief Justice.
