With a background in economics, transfer pricing, and tax optimization, Scott advises small and mid-sized businesses on matters including share purchase transactions, commercial real estate, and corporate reorganizations
Scott previously acted on a $232 million sale of an insurance brokerage, as well as a multi-unit residential real estate transaction involving sale of over 300 units.
