She also acts for members of regulated professional health Colleges in complex civil litigation claims alleging negligence and battery.

Carolyn also sustains a broad commercial litigation practice, providing advice to the post-secondary education sector in employment and human rights law, privacy, and litigation. She has extensive experience in general and commercial liability claims and the law of negligence.

Carolyn holds an LLM in Health Law, having completed graduate-level coursework focused on mental health law, medical assistance in dying, consent and capacity, biotechnology, and pandemic law.
