Yola Ventresca named a 2017 Lexpert Rising Star

We’re thrilled that our partner, Yola Ventresca, has been named a 2017 Lexpert Rising Star. This distinction honours Canada’s leading lawyers under 40. Yola practices in our health law, commercial litigation and class actions groups, and is a leader in these areas.

In addition to having her hands full with her busy law practice, Yola gives her time generously to community causes, including palliative care, dementia care and children’s health. She is an active member of the Advocates’ Society.

At Lerners, she has created initiatives aimed at retaining women in private practice, including launching Lerners Women’s Symposium to empower professional women.
