Carolyn has developed a broad practice encompassing many aspects of Health Law and Commercial Litigation, including employment and human rights law, privacy and litigation, and other regulatory matters concerning informed consent, privacy and data protection, and more. Carolyn approaches each case uniquely, but with a consistent level of empathy, responsiveness, and collaboration. She is known for forging good relationships with opposing counsel and wherever possible, taking a cooperative approach to resolving disputes.
