Lerners is further expanding its health law and commercial litigation team with the arrival of a new associate, Andrea S. Levstik. Andrea has experience conducting external and workplace investigations involving universities, municipalities, hospitals, and other large public and private institutions. She has worked on a wide variety of commercial disputes, as well as matters before administrative tribunals.  Andrea’s health law practice includes regulatory matters and the defence of civil claims alleging medical negligence.
