Lerners International Women's Day Celebration Video

At Lerners, we've always focused on assembling a talented team of lawyers and giving them the tools to succeed. But hiring and retaining female lawyers remains an issue in our profession and others. The Justicia Project found that women account for 45 per cent of Ontario lawyers but just 20 per cent of partners.
At Lerners LLP, we've managed to dramatically surpass those statistics. In our Toronto office, more than half of our lawyers and 45 per cent of our partners are women. In our London office approximately 43 per cent of our partners are women.
In honour of International Women's Day we talked to members of the Lerners LLP team in Toronto about those numbers and reflected on this year's International Women's Day theme – “Make it Happen.”
