“I think Bay St. will be happy with this decision. Main St. may have some issues with this,” said Domenico Magisano, a partner at Lerners who specializes in corporate restructuring and insolvency.
“It will certainly be good for companies that are seeking to restructure and continue as going-concerns, but I can certainly see why Indalex pensioners will not see this this as a good decision,” Magisano said.
