We care about the communities in which we live and work and it shows.
As a company, Lerners supports numerous health and medical facilities, charity groups and important causes. We also encourage our lawyers and staff members to become involved in the community as individuals.
Our lawyers give of their personal time to sit on boards, join committees, speak to community groups and participate in fund-raising activities. Our dedicated lawyers and staff have volunteered their time and energy to numerous projects, including many not-for-profit organizations.
We are committed to helping improve the legal system. Lawyers at Lerners participate in continuing legal education programs sponsored by the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Advocates' Society and Provincial Schools of Law. As well, our lawyers and staff often speak at educational institutions, including Universities and Colleges on legal issues.
