The word "dedicated" best describes our administrative staff. Everyone pulls together and rises to the challenge of supporting our lawyers and providing superior services to our clients at every turn. To ensure our commitment to customer service resonates throughout the firm, senior staff members serve as mentors to all new employees.
What we expect from our staff is dedication, timely responses, diligent support and commitment. In return, we recognize their hard work with competitive compensation packages, training, flexible schedules, and numerous fun activities throughout the year.
Our administration staff consists of legal assistants, law clerks, accounting clerks, general office clerks, receptionists and other administrative positions.
Through cooperative education placements, student placements from community high schools, and ongoing recruitment initiatives, Lerners draws from the pool of talented individuals who live and work in Southwestern Ontario and the GTA.
We want staff members to enjoy working at Lerners and grow with our firm. That's why we place a high priority on support, training and other initiatives - a practice that, in London, the London Chamber of Commerce recognized with the Workforce of the Future Award.
A large part of working at Lerners is giving back to our communities, and all staff members are encouraged to become involved by volunteering their time and energy. We encourage you to take a look at the Community Matters section of our website to appreciate the extent of our involvement in the community.
Lerners' employees enjoy a fast-paced work environment and a supportive, collegial culture. Our positions are best suited to individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of exceptional client service. If you're up to the challenge, please forward your resume by mail, e-mail or fax to the attention of one of our Executive Directors. We keep all resumes on file for six months.
