It all started with two brothers and one simple truth.

In 1929, Mayer and Sam Lerner opened their law firm and faithfully applied the philosophy that "no matter who our clients are, each and every one deserves the best representation possible."

Today, over 80 years later, this simple truth is still at the heart of our values. We have grown to become one of Ontario's largest firms with offices in London and Toronto.
